It is always important to define a business development plan within which to set short-, medium- and long-term goals, but also to automate processes, size resources, improve communication and, as far as we are concerned, expand the service provided in as many cities as possible to serve, thus creating a true and efficient business network to serve all our loyal users.
We have managed growth organically without ever losing sight of the quality provided by the professionalism of our taxi drivers and the acceptance of the most modern payment systems. We have spent and are spending ourselves in the idea of "green" with the elimination of paper vouchers in favor of digital and with the implementation of a modern fleet composed of the latest generation of electric, hybrid or heat engine cars.
Born in 2017, the APP IN TAXI has become in just a few years the benchmark of the cab nationwide with its more than 7,000 cars operating in the most important Italian cities.
This is initiated by a development plan based on several elements: first of all, the "know-how" of the two large founding Cooperatives Radiotaxi 02.8585 e Pronto Taxi 06.6645 and from there the development inherent in product, technology, communication, organization and business plan. These closely related elements have led to the development and steady growth of the APP IN TAXI for what it is already offering to the market and will be able to offer more and more in the future to the entire non-scheduled public transport sector.
