Our 2024 between confirmation and development

 2024 has begun bringing as a dowry to as at the beginning of each new year, those new projects that underlie all improvement.

 

Starting from a dutiful analysis we carried out in the travel sector in which the InTaxi app is placed, we understood how it was not possible to compete with only the goodness of the product offered, but also (and above all) with the efficiency given by the service performed.

Service means not only the fundamental work and specific work that is daily performed on the roads by taxi drivers, but also by that modern interconnection service that realities like intaxi are to provide through a simple registration on the smartphone.

And it is precisely in keeping in mind that the quality of service is closely linked to the needs of the customer that we have succeeded in optimizing the service in tune with the many customers with us who have become loyal.

 

In order to start talking about how to improve the quality of the service, it is necessary to define its initial characteristics, namely (thinking about the product that intaxi is to offer), intuitiveness, modernity and speed.

 

For years, through sectoral studies, service level measurements, upgrades, app improvements, and to the implementation of the fleet through membership in our network by radio cabs in major Italian cities, we have come to not only achieve proven competitiveness, but also to be the benchmark in cab call systems for an undifferentiated clientele whether businness, tourism or more simply composed of any citizen who is to request to be able to move to any destination, with the protection given to him by a public service regulated by the guarantee of a taximeter rate.

 

In our race to service improvement, we started from idealizing and designing what level we wanted to reach by arriving, through gradual but steady growth, not at unnecessary exponential spikes of momentary satisfaction, but at an efficient and reliable service as underscored by the positivity of appreciation given by downloads, reviews, and the taxi operators themselves.

To date, the intaxi app is operating in. Milan, Rome, Naples, Turin, Genoa, Udine, Trento, Trieste, Udine, Como, Piacenza, Parma, Perugia, Bologna, Prato and Bari to which many more cities will be added shortly.
