This innovative telematics system includes the possibility of creating, through an administrator in your company, a list of users (your employees) enabled to use this payment system.
The Globix service allows the 'administrator to determine:
- Monthly amount available to each individual employee
- Maximum amount per run
- Maximum number of monthly rides
- Authorization to use the service on weekdays or weekdays and holidays only
This can be changed at any time of the day, including holidays, precisely due to the fact that everything will be controlled telematically, by the system administrator, including the activation and/or deactivation of each employee.
You will be issued monthly debit note for the rides made ( with related payment by bank transfer or Ri.Ba. issue at 30 days note date end of month ). Costs ( € 1.00 per ride ) will instead be billed quarterly with the same method of payment.
